These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ofeanks website (ofeanks.org) and the business training and career coaching services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

2. Our services

We offer coaching and training programmes delivered online and, for certain plans, in person. The specific inclusions of each plan are described on our website and may be updated from time to time. We will confirm the details of your programme when you enrol.

3. Nature of coaching and no guarantee of outcomes

Coaching and training are collaborative processes. The benefit you gain depends on many factors, including your own goals, circumstances and the effort you invest. Results therefore vary from person to person.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to promotions, salary increases, job offers, business results or other career outcomes. Our services are intended to provide guidance, structure and support; they do not constitute financial, legal or professional advice.

4. Enrolment and pricing

Prices for our programmes are shown on our website and are stated per month unless otherwise indicated. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our prices, but changes will not affect a programme you have already paid for during its current billing period.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at enrolment. Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled in accordance with these terms. Annual plans are billed for the full period as described at checkout.

6. Cancellation and refunds

• 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a new programme, you may request a full refund within 7 days of starting it. This applies to your first enrolment in a programme.
• Ongoing plans. Monthly plans may be cancelled with reasonable notice before the next billing date. On cancellation, you retain access until the end of the paid period.
• Where you have statutory cancellation rights as a consumer, those rights are unaffected by these terms.

7. Your responsibilities

To get the most from our services, we ask that you attend scheduled sessions, provide accurate information, and engage in good faith. You agree to use our website and services lawfully and not to misuse them in any way.

8. Rescheduling and missed sessions

We ask for reasonable notice if you need to reschedule a session. Sessions missed without adequate notice may not be rearranged or refunded, as set out in your programme confirmation.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our programmes — including text, graphics, materials and resources — is owned by or licensed to Ofeanks and is protected by law. You may use materials we provide for your own personal development but may not copy, distribute or resell them without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ofeanks is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Third-party content

Our website may include links to or embed content from third parties, such as map services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
